A Pontefract social squad consisting of players from all three senior teams will play in the Kyle Morley Memorial Game against Kirkburton Cougars ARL, Huddersfield, on Friday 27 August 2021, 7.00 pm kick off.

As you may know, Kyle played rugby union with for PRUFC and rugby league with the Cougars The game will therefore be played according to rugby league rules for one half and rugby union rules for the second half. Should be interesting! Kyle’s brother, another dual-registered player, will play, either for us or for the Cougars, or possibly both.

We have arranged a bus for players and spectators which will leave the Clubhouse at 5.45pm on Friday evening. All we ask is for a modest contribution to the cost. Drop off will be in Pontefract at about 10.30.

The game will help raise funds for Mens’ Mental Health, a charity selected by Kyle’s family.
